Richard has worked in international businesses in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) sector. He joined Commify, as CEO, in January 2020 and has focussed on our mission to make business communication brilliant.

Chief Strategy Officer

As Chief Strategy Officer Paul works closely with all stakeholders in the business – the Board, investors, management team, suppliers and partners – to architect Commify’s long term strategy and growth.

Dee is an inspirational sales leader, winning multiple awards during his career, including winning Yell UK’s Inspirational Leaders’ Award four times, positioning the business as one of the ’Top 100 Best Employers to work for’ two-years consecutively

Lorna Stubbs

Chief People Officer

Lorna is the Chief People Officer for Commify and leads the teams responsible for delivering a remarkable and inclusive candidate and employee experience. Lorna’s focus will be to lead on the overall people strategy including global talent acquisition, leadership & skills development

Vishal Manani

Chief Technology Officer

Vishal joined Commify as Chief Technology Officer in January 2021, bringing extensive experience in transformational change and leadership of engineering and technology teams across multiple sectors including healthcare, finance and logistics.

Leon Goodman

Leon joined Commify in October 2024, as CFO, with responsibility for the expert financial stewardship of the financial performance of our business as we enter our next phase of growth.
