Nimira joined Commify Group in 2013 assuming responsibility for the international People strategy. She is commercially minded and brings extensive HR experience across a broad range of sectors. Nimira spent the early years of her career in banking after graduating with a degree in HR & Business, and is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Nimira is accountable for attracting, developing and retaining our people while evolving our culture. She ensures that our values of passion, innovation, ownership and integrity underpin everything that we do. She has successfully overseen the integration of multiple acquired businesses and continues to ensure our people are at the heart of our decision making.

Nimira previously sat on the Education Advisory Board at Nottingham Trent University and is also an Alumni Fellow providing employability support to students across a variety of disciplines. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
