Jo is the Chief Transformation and Compliance Officer leading the teams responsible for delivering Commify’s strategic objective through transformational change, cyber security and adherence to an ever-changing regulatory compliance landscape.

Bringing a wealth of data-driven transformational experience in senior roles across various business sectors, such as FinTech, Automotive, Finance and Data Insights, Jo is experienced in building and leading high performing departments to aid both business and technology change and adherence.

At Commify Jo leads the Compliance, Information Security and Programme delivery teams, transforming the current business and technology processes to deliver a safe, seamless and first-class customer experience.

Jo lives in Surrey with her partner and children.
