Commify completes UK acquisition

The UK market leader in business messaging services announces the acquisition of the UK customer base of 2SMS

Nottingham, England. 9th November 2020: Commify, the company behind a global portfolio of business messaging brands, has today announced the acquisition of the UK customer base of 2SMS, its first acquisition of 2020. This further strengthens Commify’s leading position in the UK, its largest market, and demonstrates its continued ambitious growth plans after completing 12 previous acquisitions since 2013.

We are delighted to be adding further high-quality customers and scale to Commify. 2SMS has supported its customers with compelling messaging use cases for many years, and we are excited to offer a broader product set to these customers with our flagship Esendex brand, helping these businesses on a journey of ongoing digital innovation. This is our first acquisition since I joined in January, so I’m pleased to demonstrate our confidence investing further behind the business both organically and via M&A despite the challenging economic backdrop with Covid-19.
