Commify is becoming Esendex
We’re in the process of rebranding our company from Commify to Esendex, which means we’ll be trading under the Esendex name going forward.
Our legal entities aren’t changing, and there’s no disruption to your current service.
What’s changing
- From 16 November 2026, our employee email addresses will change to @esendex.com.
- Emails sent to @commify.com addresses will still reach us.
- From 1 December, the Commify website will redirect to Esendex.
What’s staying the same
- The people you deal with.
- Our products and services, and how you access them.
- Our legal entities, contracts and bank details.

We will not ask you to change payment details as part of this change.

What you need to do
If your organisation uses an approved sender list, please add esendex.com before 16 November. Otherwise, there’s nothing you need to do. This is an exciting next step in our journey, and we’ll be sharing more information soon!
