Chief People Officer

Lorna is the Chief People Officer for Commify and leads the teams responsible for delivering a remarkable and inclusive candidate and employee experience.

A recent addition to the leadership team, Lorna’s focus will be to lead on the overall people strategy including global talent acquisition, leadership & skills development, diversity and inclusion, employee relations, organisational design, cultural development, compensation and benefits, HR operations and technology.

Prior to joining Commify, Lorna has worked in various business settings; Technology, Media, Retail, Logistics, Contact Centres and Manufacturing and has been instrumental in driving positive business and cultural transformation as part of senior leadership teams for the past 15 years.
