Kathy was appointed Director of Change for Commify in early 2018. She has a strong background in business transformation and integration, on an international scale. Kathy specialises in large-scale change project and programme management and is a great addition to the ever-expanding Commify group.

Kathy is a talented linguist, speaking four different languages, a skill that enables her to successfully create international strategic change management programmes.  

In her spare time, Kathy is a keen swimmer and enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, gardening, riding her motorbike, trying new gins, and reading. Originally from America, Kathy enjoys spending weekends exploring different areas of Britain from Edinburgh to Devon and everywhere in between.
