David’s role is to understand the challenges brands face in communicating with their customers, and to support the team in designing innovative, reliable and effective solutions to these problems.
This involves following and contributing to developments in the telecommunications industry, and exploring suitable applications of available and emerging technology to better meet the needs of today’s consumer. The Product team define how we’ll “make business communication brilliant” for our partners as we guide them into the future of business messaging.
David’s background is in ecommerce and digital marketing, with a few years in buying and category management along the way. This experience brings a customer perspective and some commercial understanding to the problems we solve for our customers.
